ESI News

ESI is currently working with a number of clients on a wide variety of projects including:

  • Serving as the economics sub-consultant to AECOM on the I-11 Intermountain West Tier 1 EIS, with a focus on land use and economic development.
  • Analyzing the fiscal impact that the preferred land use plan would generate for San Tan Valley in Pinal County.
  • Conducting a market analysis for Old Town Peoria and preparing implementation strategies in support of the Old Town Plan Block strategy plan.
  • Preparing a regional economic development strategic plan for the Verde Valley, which encompass the cities of Camp Verde, Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Jerome, and Sedona in Arizona.

Other News

The national Urban Land Institute (ULI) appointed Judie Scalise to serve on the newly formed Placemaking and Town Centers Product Council.

She is actively engaged in the ULI Arizona and a member of the Arizona Technical Advisory Panel (AzTAP) Committee.
