ESI is currently working with a number of clients on a variety of projects including:

  • Preparing an economic development strategic plan for the Gila Valley Economic Development Corporation
  • Working as an economics sub-consultant to AECOM on the I-11 Intermountain West Tier 1 EIS.
  • Preparing economic and fiscal impact analyses for the City of Goodyear for a number of their prospects including KPS Global and Huhtamaki.
  • Working with Michael Baker International as the Economics Lead on the San Tan Valley Special Area Plan. This work entails focusing on economic development and preparing a fiscal impact analysis of the preferred land use.
  • Facilitating strategic planning work sessions with Arizona Public Service and preparing a Corporate Strategic Plan.
  • Conducting a real estate market analysis for Peoria Old Town in support of the Old Town Plan Block strategy plan.
  • Preparing a fiscal impact analysis of proposed mixed use development within the City of Surprise at the Surprise Town Center.
  • Preparing a five-year economic development strategic plan for the Town of Eagar, AZ

Judie Scalise was nominated to serve another term on the Board of Regents for the California Academy for Economic Development.

ESI was selected by the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) as an on-call consultant for economic development services.

Judie Scalise is actively engaged in ULI Arizona, and a member of the Arizona Technical Advisory Panel (AzTAP) Committee.
